Our client, a Wildlife Trust is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Trust's Estates and Facilities team as a Health, Safety and Compliance Officer.
The role will support the Estates and Facilities Manager with the running of the Trust's owned estate including commercial residential properties and commercial property holdings, Visitor Centres and Trust Headquarters, including the Reception function.
The ability to form key working relationships with Trust staff, teams and external contractors will be essential.

My client is looking to recruit to a number of full-time (MRICS qualified) experienced Land Agents who have a sound knowledge of property and estate management, agricultural tenancies, valuations, and rural property matters, to develop and grow their rural teams in our Banbury, Bury St. Edmunds, Humber, King's Lynn, Leicester, Lincoln, Norwich and St. Neots offices.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work with a wide range of largely private clients on a variety of rural work.
The work will principally include, but not limited to, the sale and letting of rural property, undertaking rural property valuations, estate management, as well as compensation and compulsory purchase work for landowners and acquiring authorities.
