As an Occupational Therapist Assistant you will be: To assist Occupational Therapists, Nurses and other MDT staff in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans. Support service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services. To maintain adequate records, entering details in the service user healthcare records. To be successful in this role, you will have: GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2. You will support the service to equip service users with the skills required for community living and increased independence. The service is a recovery based service and incorporate elements of the Good Lives Model, supported by individualised interventions. We have a full multidisciplinary team (MDT) with Nursing, Consultant Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker support.
