About the Role: As an FP&A Analyst, you will drive strategic decision-making through meticulous financial analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust financial models, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights into our financial performance. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Analyse financial performance, identify key drivers, trends, and improvement areas. Collaborate with departments to gather and validate financial data for accurate reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting variances and providing insights. Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts aligned with strategic goals. Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to enhance performance. Conduct in-depth analysis of net interest margin and balance sheet, proposing performance enhancements. Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision-making support. Participate in projects to improve financial processes and systems. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting financial performance. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst/Financial Analyst Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented with high accuracy and ability to meet deadlines Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities Change-driver with a focus on process automation and improvement Ability to work collaboratively and engage stakeholders at all levels Please put your home postcode on your CV when applying. They will be focused on making sure that customers have a great experience of using technology and feel empowered to get the most from the systems they work with daily. Responsibilities Working to resolve 1st line support issues in a friendly and helpful manner, offering training and guidance if needed. Resolving IT incidents and service requests, prioritisation Maintaining accurate records of IT incidents and service requests, including documentation and keeping ticketing system up to date Contributing to the development and maintenance of IT service desk knowledge base. Participating in Service Desk projects and initiatives including developing and implementing new processes.
