The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our development team and key stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into actionable user stories.
Working as member of the Wolverhampton Business Development Team core team, the postholder will lead on the facilitation of access to finance, financial support services and provide financial planning for Black Country businesses on the UKSPF Business Support Programme; to create economic sustainability through business growth and increasing the productivity of the business base to improve the competitiveness of the region.
Key Accountabilities
The role plays a key role supporting our clients Business Development Team in the delivery of a high quality-in-depth finance specific comprehensive business support function across grant applications from Wolverhampton companies.
Delivery of a comprehensive suite of professional financial business partnering services including strategic financial advice, specialist and technical financial support, supporting services with financial and resource management, grant & internal financial control management and support the compilation of Statutory Annual Accounts.
Build on and improve the finance business partnering approach to ensure good financial management is maintained by sharing best practice.

The project comprises earthworks, infrastructure, roads, drainage, structures.
They are delivering a major infrastructure project near Cannock in the West Midlands and require a Planner / Senior Planner to supplement the project team.
