Hold a BPEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heat Pump Installation and design of low temperature heating systems NVQ Level 2 or 3 in heating and plumbing Unvented hot water storage systems (G3) qualification Must have previous experience in Heat Pump installations Happy to travel to Wigan for 8 days training at our Calisen Smarter Energy Academy (travel and accommodation expenses covered) Driving Licence entitling you to drive in the UK with no more than 6 points Hard working and enjoy dealing with customers, in both the domestic and commercial sectors Environmentally conscious with a passion for the Heat Pump industry Calisen is proud to be a Real Living Wage employer. Our client is looking for 3 Customer Care Advisors to join their team. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be supporting customers mainly via phone, but also through email and live chat. This includes answering queries, resolving complaints, and assisting with delays. You will also work closely with the warehouse team to solve delivery issues and ensure accurate stock management. Additional administrative tasks will be assigned by the team leader. What's in it for you?
