Our client is looking for a Portfolio Delivery Lead to lead the planning and prioritisation of the complete portfolio of Customer change and transformation business outcomes.
The portfolio will include all categories of change, from small continuous improvement activity through to large transformational cross function programmes.
Ideally the person would have solid Transformation experience, have a background in Customer Services process enhancements and a strong understanding of Agile.
