About the role
This role is a critical part of the running of a successful Service Department, you will support both the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive the best service.
The Sales Order Administrator will be expected to work well in a small team and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
