An Aerodynamics Engineer is required to undertake Pre-KO and Pre-PS aerodynamic simulations (3D CFD) to support Design and Engineering to deliver target compatible vehicle concepts for subsequent programme delivery.
The role is fundamentally CFD focussed but for the right candidate it could involve physical test work in full scale wind tunnels (with overseas travel).

The role will be a hybrid role of working onsite (60%) and working from home (40%).

Working as part of an expert multiskilled team you will be responsible for static strength analysis and justification of metallic and composite structures.
Your primary role will be to work closely with design and F&DT engineers to assess and validate repairs to damaged aircraft structures.
Develop and implement structured engineering solutions to meet programme requirements across the whole development lifecycle in accordance with legislation, customer requirements, human factors, and business needs.
Working in accordance with and delivering against agreed technical, quality, cost and schedule requirements.
