Purpose of the On Market Client Advisor role: The successful on market client advisor will be responsible for the management of the portfolio of properties from a variety of clients in line with their requirements, from time on market to sale agreed. Main duties and responsibilities of the Client Advisor role: To ensure the timely marketing of all property instructions To carry out checks on all beneficial owners of the property before commencing marketing To liaise with all Marketing Agents to ensure they understand and comply with our client's requirements Ensure the database is kept up to date with detailed notes to enable the weekly reports sent to clients keep them up to date with all stages of the marketing including any recommendations regarding the performance of agents Liaise with Agents to ensure empty properties are inspected on a weekly basis and chase any necessary reports including vacation reports Participate in client conference calls as required Attend client meetings as required to report on property portfolios To consistently complete work to agreed standards and undertake other tasks within the unit if required Experience/knowledge requirements for the Client Advisor role: Customer Service background Attention to detail Ideally from a similar background Must be from a similar backgroung (Property/Estates) Company benefits for the Client Advisor role: Hybrid working Great bonus scheme On-site parking Higher salary for weekend work Please contact Molly @ The Recruitment Group on the contact details provided
Customer Service Advisor Location: Nottingham Salary: £23,000 (Plus excellent bonus and benefit package) Monday - Thursday between 8:00am - 8:00pm Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (40 hours a week) (some flexibility is needed) Our client is a fast-growing specialist in their field - they are currently in search for a strong Customer Service Advisor who can bring their skills to the team and grown within the company. This is a key customer facing role predominantly telephony based helping to assist our client's clients' and their customers find the right solution to their queries. Daily Duties: Answer incoming calls from our clients' customers to discuss and arrange suitable resolutions based on their personal circumstances and our clients' criteria. Answer incoming call to assist our field agents in dealing with our clients' customers. Assist our clients' customers with their general queries. Make outbound calls to our client's customers to attempt to establish contact. Update the relevant CRM systems with the information relating to your calls from general updates, details on the resolution gained and other data such as meter reads and vulnerability information. Liaise directly with our clients to establish the correct resolutions for their customers. Manage calls within the company agreed quality framework Drive own performance to achieve required
