As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for first line customer queries in relation to their account, ensuring each customer receives a professional and friendly service. Description As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be: Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have Dealing with any customer complaints Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues Ad hoc duties as and when required Profile To be successful in this role: Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
