About the Student Advisor Role: As our Student Advisor, you will provide central support for a range of primary student related activities and queries relating to a student's day to day life at college. Data entry/check on the student management system- SITS from Tribal Issuing ID cards and letters to students Maintaining and improving overall student satisfaction Participating in the promotion of National student survey, course feedbacks and other surveys Participating in the election of student representatives Ensuring all students are equipped with the correct information relevant to their chosen course i.e. timetables, class changes, awarding body requirements etc. Providing written and verbal advice and guidance to prospective and successful students Assisting students with Student Finance applications tuition fees, maintenance loans and grants Helping the students to process change of circumstances on the application with SLC The above list of duties is neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder may be required to undertake duties as may be reasonably expected within the scope and grading of the post and within the competencies of the post holder.
