A central Government organisation are looking for an Organisation Development Consultant to enable the success of their organisational strategy by optimising both the hard' and soft' elements of their system.
This role is pivotal in fostering transformative change, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting the execution of their organisational strategy, including the people plan and strategic workforce plans.
Day to Day of the role
Design, implement, and evaluate OD strategies and initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and performance.
Provide highly specialist change management expertise, advice, guidance, and challenge within large and transformational programmes of work.
