Cover Supervisor Annual Salary: £22,025 Location: West Sussex Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (Term Time INSET) We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible. This role is integral to maintaining continuity of learning for students in the absence of their usual teacher, ensuring student safety, managing behaviour, and overseeing the completion of set work. Day-to-day of the role: Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring student safety and adherence to school policies. Deliver and assist students in completing work set by the teacher. Manage student behaviour in line with school policies. Perform daily lunchtime supervision duties. Build positive professional relationships with students. Utilise IT systems effectively for setting work, taking registers, and internal communication. Supervise a range of subjects across the curriculum, including outdoor sports activities.
