As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The Role We are looking for Financial Advisers who have the ambition and drive to really focus on attracting new clients to the business, and and service/develop an existing client base. Paraplanning and client support services provided. About You Generate and develop new connections and instructions to the business Provide holistic financial planning to prospective and existing clients in a compliant manner whilst adhering to the FCA principles of TCF Have a minimum qualification to Level 4/Diploma with a desire to attain the Chartered qualification within the next three years Have a strong commitment to provide excellent customer service in order to ensure long term relationships with clients. Have and a proactive work ethic. Have the ability to work independently to develop client solutions with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Minimum of two years demonstrable advisory experience Relevant Skills and Knowledge The requisite technical knowledge and qualification (e.g. QCA Level 4 exams). Detailed knowledge and understanding of the firm's compliance procedures including record keeping requirements. Provision of advice to clients in a compliant manner as detailed in the firm's compliance manual and procedures.
