Financial Planning Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator - supporting 2 Paraplanners Our client is a multi-award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners, that we have worked closely with for a number of years. They have an impressive track record of organic growth and can offer staff true career progression and a rewarding and fun place to work. One of their Chartered Financial Advisers is looking for additional Financial Administration on support, due to an increase in the client portfolio they manage. They provide holistic financial planning solutions to their clients, building genuine relationships with them and their families, to help plan secure futures for them. This adviser is a very approachable and friendly person, and this has been the backbone of their success, gaining regular referrals and recommendations from the clients that they service. They are now looking For a Financial Administrator who can help support them in continuing to provide a quality service to these clients. About You: You will ideally have circa 1-2 years of previous experience working within a Financial Administration role in a wealth management firm, covering a wide range of duties and responsibilities. You will assist with the initial onboarding of new clients, obtaining all relevant personal information and conducting AML checks and sending out letters of authority. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the end-to-end annual review process, which will enable you to speak directly to clients and build a personal relationship with them. This is a very rewarding role for someone that is either looking to get back into the workplace or wants to take on a less stressful position, that has the added advantage of being part home based. You will be working with a very successful and friendly adviser, who will make you feel appreciated and will help provide any additional training to cover gaps in skills or knowledge. This would be an excellent move for you, if you enjoy the challenges of Financial Administration, and want the security and stability of working in a well-established and highly ethical firm. To apply for this role, please send a copy of your CV and contact details to Ryan at Financial Divisions

Clients range from city professionals, owner managers of SME businesses, accumulators and those that are at and post-retirement. They are now looking for a Paraplanner that seeks a clear route through to becoming and Adviser, due to the recent promotion of the current incumbent into and Adviser role. This position is suitable to Paraplanners who are interested in the servicing and technical side of the job and will appeal to those that prefer the offering of complete, holistic wealth management advice and truly working with the client's best interests in mind. You will be working alongside a well-established Advisor who has built up their client portfolio over the last 20 years. This Adviser is looking to retire in the next few years, so is keen to mentor a Paraplanner that aspires to be an Adviser, so they can hand over their clients to them. They will provide structured hands-on support and training and once you feel comfortable, will get you to attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and then take an active part in the product selection and recommendation process. This is a rare opportunity for someone that enjoys the technical aspects of Paraplanning but doesn't relish the prospect of having to business develop a client bank from scratch, when they become an Adviser. If you are level 4 diploma qualified or sitting your final exams this year, then our client would like to speak to you. The role has the added advantage of being part office, part home based, and full study support will be provided to you, if you wish to undertake your chartered qualifications.
