My client is a well-known North West based Independent Financial Adviser firm and they are looking for an IFA Administrator to provide support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers from their Cheadle office (hybrid working available).
You will need experience of working within a Financial Advisor firm as an Administrator to be considered.
You will need to be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.
As an IFA administrator you will provide all 'Pre' and 'Post' advice administration support including engagement letters, letters of authority, setting up and maintaining client files, obtaining valuations and illustration reports, obtaining quotes and processing new business, transfers and withdrawals.
