Opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within the community Based Team, Based in Peterborough.
The team sits within the Community Based Team with the role predominately to be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the evidence based care required, including health promotion for a named service user/users.
