Key Responsibilities
You will provide comprehensive, professional, and timely advice and guidance to our line managers relating to a variety of change management projects and complex employee relations cases.
This charity are trying to solve a problem within the drug and alcohol field not enough front line workers.
You will be part of the solution in this pioneering new role aimed at reaching out into the communtiy for potential recruits, and then mentoring and developing them to become front line workers.
This role is covering the borough of Southwark, with the charities office a short walk from Kennington tube station.
You will work with adult job seekers who are preparing to move into employment, helping them to identify and address the barriers that make this difficult by providing exemplary case management, including support, advice, advocacy and signposting to relevant services
You will provide information, advice and guidance and develop and maintain an action plan with each job seeker.
