We are looking for a Client Adviser to join our collaborative and committed Central Adviser Hub on a fixed-term contract.
There will be a potential for the role to be made permanent or extended.
General
The successful candidate will be a strong team player, have demonstrable experience of explaining complex information in an easy-to-understand manner, and be passionate about protecting our vulnerable clients.
The post holder will support our national Asylum Services to support our most vulnerable asylum seekers across the UK through a mixture of telephone and face to face advice.
The successful candidate will be client focused and an excellent listener, have demonstrable experience working with people in sensitive and emotionally demanding situations and be passionate about protecting our vulnerable clients.
The Role
We are currently looking for an Outreach Adviser to join our vibrant and committed Outreach team in the Midlands on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract, there will be a potential for the role to be made permanent or to be extended.

We are currently recruiting for an Information, Advice and Guidance Advisor who can provide support to local unemployed, economically inactive and in work residents and help them progress towards a positive destination (employment, education, training or volunteering).
The role will be to support the UKSPF funded Employment and Skills Project- South Yorkshire, hence their will be a requirement to complete registration paper work with each resident and produce a SMART action plan which helps them to address their barriers to progression.
