R13 are currently supporting an award-winning, growing, creative agency in their search for an Advertising Sales Executive. The successful applicant will possess plenty of self-drive, work well in a team and can demonstrate solid brand and commercial selling skills. This is a challenging, yet highly rewarding, position. This is a full- time permanent role, working 37.5 hours Monday - Friday, from offices based in the centre of Norwich. This role offers hybrid working, requiring 2 days in the office per week. The offered salary for this role is £24,000, increasing after a successful probation, plus a generous commission structure. The day to day Proactively contacting clients via the telephone to sell advertising solutions. Gaining a strong understanding of your client base and their brand to identify suitable advertising solutions. Identifying new revenue opportunities and sectors to target. Forecasting and pipeline reporting. Working closely with other internal teams on new initiatives and new digital products. You will have/be: Minimum 1 years' experience in a client driven role such as sales, business development or account management. Outstanding communication skills, able to confidently liaise across all business levels and develop strong working relationships internally/externally. Good influencing and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and the personal motivation to perform your role to the highest standards. Effective under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Computer literate with an understanding of Microsoft Excel. Self-starter with a collaborative working style with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
