Your position as Commercial Account Handler (Broking Support) is an important role in providing technical, customer relationship and administrative support to a nominated Account Executive (AE) and the wider Alan & Thomas Team.
In this role you will be responsible for handling commercial & corporate sized risks for prestigious clients across a range of industries and their cross class commercial insurance needs.

Our client is looking for a Liability Adjuster (Cert / Dip CII) to handle a portfolio of EL/PL (Personal Injury & TPPD) claims on an 'investigate only' basis, working from home and operating throughout the South Coast (Bournemouth, Brighton, Portsmouth etc) reporting into the Unit Manager.
We are ideally seeking someone with a minimum of 1-3 years Liability Claims Handling or ideally, 1-2 years' Liability Adjusting experience; someone energetic, dynamic & ambitious.
Our client is seeking a Commercial Adjuster (Cert / Dip CILA) to operate throughout Hampshire / South Coast (Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth etc) as required.
Ensuring a prompt and courteous manner when dealing with customer enquiries on parts, selling the benefits of our products and services, adhering to all trading terms, discounts, and procedures for handling payment for the parts.
As an Aftersales Advisor you will co-ordinate service activity between customers, parts department, and technicians in an efficient and courteous manner whilst maximising workshop utilisation and acting on opportunities to sell additional products services and parts.
Your day will include
Understanding and qualifying the customers service/repair requirements, advising on estimates of both time and cost to set expectations accordingly.
