Job Description: As an admin officer you will be responsiable for processing and maintaining the school's attendance system and working with key stakeholders to raise standards of attendance and punctuality.
Organising key transition processes, prioritising increasing pupil numbers in line with the LA timescale and the strategic plan of the school.
As the Admissions Advisor, you will oversee the administration of new and existing student applications, through the CRM system and other communication channels.
You will have a direct impact on converting applicants through excellent customer service and communication and help resolve admission enquiries as they arise.
In addition, you will help prepare for our summer programs, including support with logistics, seasonal staff recruitment and other HR requirements.You will also provide a range of interesting and important administrative and customer service duties for members of the company's management team.
Our client is seeking a customer service focused individual, with front of house, customer facing experience, and excellent organisational skills, to join their Admissions team.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
