We are looking for a friendly customer service administrator to join an expanding company in Cannock, on a full time and permanent basis. Based in a team you will play a pivotal role in helping the company to provide their customers with an excellent service. So if you enjoy a variety of customer service and administration tasks we what to hear from you. This is busy role, so you will definitely not get bored. Duties: Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries Processing orders onto SAGE Adding to or amending existing orders Liaising with suppliers to ensure orders are received on time Updating customers on their orders Arranging transport of orders Experience: Experience of using SAGE would be an advantage Must have administration and customer service experience gained in an office environment Organised and be able to prioritise workload Have an excellent telephone manner This is an office based role working Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm
