This is a varied role within a fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities will be to support the administrative needs of the office and sales team, to be the first point of contact for telephone calls and assist in updating the database and business development.
Pertemps are supporting a local Public Sector client who are seeking to appoint an Administrator within their Safeguarding team during Term time (40 weeks per year).
Provide accurate and efficient administration support to their Safeguarding Team and the wider Group.

Maintaining and tracking of documentation and preparation of relevant documents.
They are looking for an Administration Assistant who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the UK office.
