The ideal candidate will have a great phone manner and excellent customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
This role involves handling customer enquiries, taking incoming sales calls, understanding client requirements, and providing product selections and quotations.
Handle high volumes of inbound calls/emails, addressing orders, complaints and general inquiries.
