To receive enquiries, pass information on appropriately Monitor and manage multiple inboxes, responding to customer enquiries Timely and effective processing of purchase orders Ensuring that all quotations are produced in a professional and timely manner and records are updated. Providing sales support, contacting customers confirming their quotation requirements Lead with the onboarding process for new customers, creating customer accounts and agreements. Update and maintain CRM system. Provide support as required in the processing of insurance claims, reports. As directed produce invoices, ensuring all activity is recorded in the appropriate database.
