The Job You will need to be proactive, reliable & customer focused, promoting & protecting our Company's professional image with our prestigious clients at all times. The main responsibility will be administering our data, back of house systems, credit card contactless systems & stock management. Administering the 'end2end' process of stock, flowing through from our supplier to our machines Be responsible for having the right stock, in the right place, at the right time Coordinate stock delivery with staff scheduling Manage Booking Systems with our Logistics partner Administering the back of house systems ensuring they work efficiently Maintain Machine Fault Log and order necessary parts/labour Maintain strong working relationships with Leadership Team, Managers & Staff across our varied sites Provide other cover to other areas as required for holiday/sickness The Skills Required The successful candidate will have some experience with data & systems and consider themselves an 'competent' user on MS Excel. You will also be self-motivated with an enthusiastic approach, prepared to learn & take on new challenges, pulling together as part of a small team.
