Our client is a utility consultancy and professional services company based in Warwick. They are looking to acquire the services of a Reception Administrator to join their growing team permanently. As a Reception Administrator, you will be immersed in various aspects of business support, coordinating day-to-day diaries. The purpose of this role is to act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company's brand-new office. Main Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings. Sign guests in and out, ensuring accurate documentation of visitor logs and adherence to security protocols. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and wider office. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently. Assist with Administration tasks for the People & Finance team. Monitor and respond to email inquiries. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including regular inspections of common areas and emergency preparedness. Key Skills & Experience: Prior experience in a similar or customer-facing role is essential. Must be proficient with all MS suites. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and with integrity. Positive attitude and resilience towards change. Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data. A proactive, hands-on approach to tasks is essential. A professional and personable demeanor is essential. Additional Information: Please note this is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 9 am 5:30 pm or 7:30 am to 4 pm (40 hours a week). Private Medical Insurance.
