Your new company You will be working with an established business in Worcester as an Office Administrator, joining them on a permanent basis. Your new role This is a permanent, full-time position working in their Worcester office, reporting to the Office Manager with varied duties that include: Administration support for multiple departments Reception duties including answering calls, dealing with queries, handling visitors, passing on messages Maintaining and updating records in Excel Subcontractor checks Vehicle fleet management (services/MOT) Assisting with invoice processing Booking training courses and communicating with attendees on instructions/notifications What you'll need to succeed You will need to have experience in an Administration role and be confident on the phone. Computer literacy is essential for this role, as well as strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a great team work ethic.
