Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide accurate information regarding our products/services. Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, Admin and finance to address customer needs and concerns. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in their CRM system. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
