Provide directed advice, information, and guidance in relation to Compass House and the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner, open and close reception, receive visitors, manage enquiries and bookings through a clear booking process, and maintaining all public facing areas to high standard.
Lead on the day to day running of Compass House by undertaking receptionist functions including, being the first point of contact for enquiries, by telephone or otherwise, from members of the public, partner agencies, internal staff including the Kent Police Public Enquiry Officers at.
Main purpose of the role

You will be responsible for collating and analysing the information required in line with disrepair protocol and Environmental Act.
You will be responsible for investigating and managing disrepair claims and claims against the Environmental Act.
Excellent communication skills will be required as you will be required to effectively communicate with solicitors, colleagues across the business and other stakeholders.
