OA are recruiting for an Administrator to join our client's highly successful and growing team.
This is an exciting role working within the security systems business in a role that interfaces between the administration team, as well as with clients and customers.
You'll need to deliver excellent customer service at all times, communicating clearly and effectively.
We are excited to share this newly created role from our client, who are looking for the right individual with administrative and compliance experience to play a crucial part in supporting various teams across a number of projects.
What will you be doing
Help ensure that buildings comply with the relevant regulations.
Manage the mailbox and act as a point of contact for key stakeholders within the projects.

The Role
Dealing with inbound calls supporting customers with their enquries.
Cover all administration duties such as organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment, dealing with invoices, expenses and other accounting issues, booking restaurants and arranging meetings, & reporting to the company laboratory Director.
General
This position requires someone with previous Office Management/PA experience in a Healthcare or complex organisation as well as the ability to work alone, self-motivated, independent but able to work in a team.
