A leading organisation based in Winchester is seeking an Administration Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.
Someone who will thrive working to tight deadlines whilst taking responsibility for staff development and the organisation and prioritising of the Teams workload.
The successful candidate will have previous Team Leader experience including appraisals, interviews, holiday and absence management.
