We are seeking a client services administrator to join a well-established financial services firm based near to Bath.
You will work closely with the senior paraplanners and financial advisers to support the existing client bank and assist in the process of taking on new clients.
Joining the client services team, you will be given full training to understand how the firm works and the ongoing requirements of its client bank.
The role will support the firms fee earning and business support staff with an exciting array of administrative duties.
You will create and amend various documents, check due date and new matter lists, upload documents to the DMS, update files, report various things to clients, monitor fees, prepare travel request, book meetings, print and scan documents, and much more.
