Previous experience of working within an office based admin role is essential for this new opporuninty The role - Administration Assistant The successful candidate will possess a high level of organisation skills and initiative and be comfortable dealing with clients and other third parties. They will be numerate and able to communicate clearly and accurately. Administration Assistant Duties will include: Maintaining electronic and hard copy files in accordance with procedures Admin support including filing, scanning, printing, photocopying and dealing with post Liaising with clients and other third-parties via email, telephone and video calls Diary management including booking meeting rooms, keeping diaries up-to-date and setting personal diary reminders Assisting with financial tasks including arranging payments, raising invoices and preparing statements Drafting, reviewing, proof-reading and amending a variety of documents Use of various internal and external portals and systems Experience, competencies and knowledge required Experience within an office based admin role Good computer skills Excellent communication skills, well-organised with excellent time management skills. Conducting Anti-Money Laundering and conflict checks, sending Client Care Letters, and providing necessary documentation. Managing electronic and physical files per procedures, including opening, closing, archiving, and retrieval. Providing administrative support such as filing, scanning, printing, and photocopying. Assisting in visa application processes and learning related procedures. Communicating with clients and third parties via email, phone, video calls, or in-person meetings. Supporting financial tasks like arranging payments, drafting invoices, and preparing completion statements.
