Main purpose of the job
Acting as front of house and communicate with pupils, staff, parents, visitors and contractors appropriately.
Under the guidance of the head teacher and the school business manager, be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:15am start until 4pm, term time only on a temporary basis.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and organized Administrator/PA to join the team in an exciting and ever improving school for a period of maternity cover to begin ASAP and ending on 14th February 2025.
This is a term time only, office based vacancy based in Greenford (8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday) and the hourly pay rate will be £14.86.

Do you have relevant experience or an interest in working with students with Learning Difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional or Mental Health (SEMH) needs or PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)?

Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant would be preferable, but you must have experience working with children (in the UK) in some form of capacity where you can obtain references for this.
