Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems. Assist in resolving any administrative problems. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed. Order office supplies and liaise with Accounts team for approval to process order Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to maintain confidentiality.
