Our client based in central Croydon are looking for a Temporary Bookings Clerk, to work in a Customer Service Department, dealing with inbound and outbound calls, making and amending appointments / bookings.
You will receive full training for this role.
This is a busy environment, so you will need to be comfortable in working with a high volume of telephone calls.
The role is to provide full support to the technical and managerial team as well as deputising for other team members and management in a number of key areas such as direction of the team, contractor performance and budget management of any works excluded from the repairs contract.
They report direct to the Operations Manager.
The role of the Repairs Inspector is responsible for back office control, providing solutions and direct resolution with issues.
