The Role We are delighted to be supporting an Educational Trust with their search for a School Administrator in Wylam, Northumberland. This role will be term time only and initially on a temporary basis. A full enhanced DBS check will be required. Duties: Maintenance of record/information systems Produce, and respond to, complex correspondence Provide organisational and administrative support to other staff Provide organisational and complex advisory support to the Governing Body (if required by the school) Manage complex administrative procedures Be responsible for completion and submission of complex forms, returns etc., including those to outside agencies e.g. DfE Manage school lettings Organise and monitor progress towards premises repairs Reception duties Answering the phone and dealing with parent queries Manage the administration of the payroll system General administration including the school news letter Skills and Attributes Duties/Skills Previous experience of working in an administration role, preferably in a school.
