The role is varied and duties will include
Leading the administration service for a number of blue chip clients.
Overseeing the daily management of the client relationship from an administration perspective and participating in client / trustee meetings.
Our client is now seeking a Administrator , Your role will involve day-to-day co-ordination of customer accounts on an administration level as well as being responsible for all supply chain/procurement activities within a designated product group.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a busy department to include raising purchase orders, liaising with external suppliers and contractors and maintaining compliant data records.
We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a reputable employer to start immediately supporting on a temporary basis.
Working time working hours Monday to Thursday 9am until 5pm then Friday 8.30am until 4pm.
The CAFM & Compliance Scheduler will primarily be responsible for the administration of changes to the CAFM database.
This will range from, but not be limited to updating, asset tables, location tables, resource tables, asbestos and H&S tables etc.

Candidates will be responsible for providing administration and general support to an Employee Benefits Consultant in the day to day running of client accounts accross a range of pensions, group risk, group healthcare, flexible benefits etc.
You will co-ordinate and undertake all administration in relation to the schemes including updating member data, renewals, claims data, communication materials and other associated queries.
