The role is varied and duties will include
Leading the administration service for a number of blue chip clients.
Overseeing the daily management of the client relationship from an administration perspective and participating in client / trustee meetings.
The Administrator is responsible for providing effective admin support to teams and colleagues across Cranstoun Birmingham services, so the organisation can work well and do well.
As part of an admin team, you'll need to be a team player as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
You'll need excellent communication skills as you'll be providing a welcoming and informative front of house and telephone service to all our customers.
The CAFM & Compliance Scheduler will primarily be responsible for the administration of changes to the CAFM database.
This will range from, but not be limited to updating, asset tables, location tables, resource tables, asbestos and H&S tables etc.
The role will require coordination with required stakeholders to ensure approval processes are followed to enable compliance and commercial price lists to be maintained.

Candidates will be responsible for providing administration and general support to an Employee Benefits Consultant in the day to day running of client accounts accross a range of pensions, group risk, group healthcare, flexible benefits etc.
You will co-ordinate and undertake all administration in relation to the schemes including updating member data, renewals, claims data, communication materials and other associated queries.
