We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrator to join a team at a bustling educational centre in Ealing.
This role is pivotal in providing a warm and professional welcome to students, parents, and visitors, as well as offering comprehensive administrative support to the Education Centre Manager and Senior Centre Assistant.
Day to Day of the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, offering a professional reception service.
DURATION/Hours: 3-month initial contract/ 35 hours a week
Role purpose
To provide the statutory registration service for births, still births deaths, civil partnerships and marriages including conducting marriage ceremonies, and all other associated duties within the Borough.

Key accountabilities
To monitor the different streams of contact from customers, including emails, via the website, and telephone calls and ensure that these are prioritised, recorded and allocated to relevant teams effectively and efficiently.
