Due to their continued expansion my client are looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy office on the outskirts of Ashford. The role will be responsible for smooth running a very busy sales office Responsibilities include: Processing orders Answering technical queries Updating price lists online Liaise with sales and purchasing dept to make incoming and outgoing goods match up Register client queries Send samples to customer We are looking for candidates who come from an administration background with excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills with a thirst for learning and a positive can-do attitude. Ideally you will be educated to degree level with your own transport due to location.
