This role supports the efficient management of the college's physical resources, ensuring a safe and effective environment for all. Key Responsibilities of the Administrator: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates Department. Manage correspondence and handle emails, calls, and mail. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations. Support estates-related projects, including refurbishment and maintenance. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
