Senior IFA Administrator Location: Altrincham Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 Job Type: Full-time - We are a prestigious Wealth Management firm located in the heart of Altrincham, seeking a dedicated IFA Administrator to join our Pension & Investment Team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have the ability to manage their workload independently. Professional development is a key part of our ethos, and we support our staff in their pursuit of R0 qualifications, rewarding them with bonuses for each exam passed. - Day to day of the role: Process and submit new business, adhering to the new business workflow Handle Letters of Authority and gather required plan details for research and analysis Welcome clients, answer enquiries, and manage incoming communication effectively Conduct portfolio rebalancing, including buying and selling Process client withdrawals and contributions accurately, monitoring them through to completion Prepare client packs for Annual Review meetings and execute post-meeting tasks Write basic Suitability Reports Complete research for new business cases, focusing on fund and cost analysis - Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of two years' experience as an IFA Administrator High level of attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage a personal workload Progress towards or completion of R0 qualifications is highly desirable Experience with financial platforms such as Intelliflo, A J Bell, Transact, Royal London, Canada Life International, and FE Analytics - Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience plus team bonus 24 days holiday Company Pension Income Protection (75% of salary, payable after a 13-week deferred period) Group life cover (death in service) at 4x salary - This role is office-based, and we offer a range of additional company benefits after 3 months of permanent service.
