Responsibilities
Utilise your basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, to assist with creating templates, schedules, and troubleshooting any IT-related issues for the team.
The role provides an excellent opportunity to support the public and communities by answering and professionally handling 999 emergency calls, mobilising appliances, officers, and specialist resources to support the effective response to emergencies - no two calls are the same and no two days are the same.
Based in Bridgend, the Control Centre supports emergency calls and the mobilisation of resources and incident management for both Mid & West Wales and South Wales Fire & Rescue Services.
A dedicated and passionate administration assistant is required to work at a popular primary school in Rochdale to join them on a full-time basis, on an ongoing, likely to be for the full academic year on a full-time basis.
This role will involve performing general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the school office and helping others with their workload.
In the position you will have to handle phone calls, emails and inquiries from students, parents, and staff.
