We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client, based in Gateshead for a 6 x month temporary contract.
Reporting to the Product Line Manager, the Administrator will have responsibility for inputting and processing customer enquiries, quotations and orders utilising the ERP and CRM system.
Key to this role will be your ability to utilise your experience to improve customer satisfaction by reducing customer response time and simplifying the customer experience.
As a School Admin for a school in Washington, Tyne and Wear, your role would encompass a diverse range of responsibilities essential to the smooth functioning of the administrative operations.
