Role Overview This is a new role created to support the National Head of Client Services for the Rural & Projects division, based in Peterborough. This is a great opportunity for a talented and experienced PA to create a role, processes and structure that allows the Head of Client Services to focus on managing the business. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Head of Client Services in all areas below: Manage every aspect of the Head of Client Services' day, taking care of key tasks such as managing meetings, booking appointments, full diary and email management Working with and supporting her to create time and space to manage the business First point of contact for the for the rest of the business and other stakeholders Attending and minuting board meetings Assisting with tasks for other heads of department within Client Services as and when required Raising fee invoices on behalf of the teams when required Assistance with arranging meetings/calls for the Gender Board for Savills UK Key Skills You must be able to demonstrate the following: Experienced PA with proven and demonstrable experience working at a senior level An ability to maintain confidentiality The ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities Strong organisation and time management skills for self and manager Excellent communications skills Meticulous attention to detail Strong working knowledge of O365 A can-do attitude Initiative Proactivity Team Overview Savills Rural and Projects Client Services is made up of 3 main business areas with the common theme that they all support client facing teams nationally across England and Scotland in the areas of work they do. There are four client accounting teams from Scotland to Wimborne, managing day to day bookkeeping and financial services, a central Compliance Hub in Peterborough, managing compliance, tenancy progression and suppliers on behalf of our clients and GIS centre of excellence based in Wimborne.
