Henley on Thames Full Time, Monday to Friday Office Based Permanent Up to £35k p/a Our client are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team based in the picturesque town of Henley-on-Thames. Working closely with department managers, you will offer support and advice on the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to retention. Key Duties: Recruitment and Induction Performance management Employee relations Learning and development Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data Building strong relationships with managers to support implementation of HR policies. Advising and supporting managers with investigations Keeping up to date with employment law and developments Requirements CIPD qualified to level 3 or above or equivalent experience. Previous experience in a similar HR role Experience in the hospitality industry would be beneficial Good understanding of employment laws and the ability to interpret policy Confident using Outlook, MS Word and Excel, computer literate Previous experience using an HRIS, entering data, running reports, maintain the system etc. If this role sounds of interest to you, we would love to hear from you!
