Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.

Ensure the internal payroll system is accurate and up to date across all client records.
Manage an allocated portfolio of payroll clients, working within a team to meet deadlines and ensure the accurate and efficient running of monthly, weekly, 2 weekly and 4 weekly pay runs.
They specialise in a wide range of areas, including trust law, probate law, Will writing and Lasting Power of Attorney advice.
